Excellent for us ladies with a (slightly) fuller calf!!
I have owned a pair of these for several years now – they are FANTASTIC! Comfy and flexible, don’t smell of rubber and you can walk for miles in them. My husband has a pair of original Hunters and they are much slimmer in the calf. When i have tried to wear his I have had a fight to put them on and my trousers have to go on the outside, defeating the object rather. However, the Huntress has just that little bit of extra width in the calf, meaning if, like me, you are not a tall willowy creature with a slim calf or two(for whom the normal Hunter is perfect)you can get your leg PLUS your trousers and a pair of warm socks down in there! They were excellent for recent walk-to-work-in-the-snow-days too

Women’s Huntress Wellies
Despite one very off-putting review claiming the Huntress Wellies they ordered weren’t genuine, I eventually placed an order a couple of weeks ago having had difficulty finding my average size anywhere else. I am very glad that I did. They arrived within a day or two, beautifully boxed and with all the tags and labels attached – and most definitely genuine Hunters. I am delighted with them, and their price.

the best fitting wellies ever
I have always problems getting boots to fit my calf size which are 39 cms, not any more. These Hunteress are a fantastic fit at 42 cms which means I can get my fingers down the sides to pull them on without a struggle YIPPIE. One of my friends even commented on the ease with which I got them one.
What an excellent price and the delivery was so fast. I highly recommend Amazon for purchases.

Lowther Unisex Wellies
I was looking for Hunters to replace my 10 year old pair, but was put off by the price. These are a really good alternative – very comfortable and lighter in weight than the Hunters originals; in fact I think they are better. I’ve had them about 3 weeks, so no knowledge yet of how they will last, but in terms of comfort and value they are excellent. The Hunter wellie socks also fit them very well

Great product for its price!,
I was looking for comfy non expensive rain boots and found this great deal. A bit over sized for me (I normally need a 37 european size / 4 UK, and these ones feel a bit 4.5 instead, so I have to use extra thick socks with them). I was concerned because my calf is a bit over the average but I can wear my trousers inside these, which is great. I have worn them for a few hours non-stop and they are quite comfy too. Very satisfied with my purchase!

My first Lowthers,
I did a two day cross country walk out in Devon, some of it in pouring rain, and my Lowthers, kept me warm and dry the whole way. Most comfortable pair of wellies I’ve ever had!

Great mid-range product for a mid-range price!!!!
Sick of cheap PVC wellies that split easily for my children ( aged 7 & 9 years), and reluctant to purchase expensive big brand wellies for feet that will have grown again by next season I resorted to buying these. And I am very pleased!!!
Excellent value for money! High quality product and no where near as expensive as the big brand wellies. Very functional and hard wearing. Another reviewer reckons these are made by Hunters and I can believe it! A bit like some supermarkets’ own brand line being made by Heinz. Very, very pleased:)

don’t buy if you have fairly chunky calves,
Great product and lovely to look at but I can’t wear them cos my calves are too big. Admittedly I put on weight recently so am waiting to see if I ‘slim into them’ but to be honest I haven’t got the biggest calves in the world – I thought the ‘adjuster’ on the side would mean there was more leeway but they were still too tight. Beware if you are not a stick calves gal..!

Hunter Wellies are the Best,
I was struggling to buy my wife something for Christmas – until she suggested I but her some Hunters Wellies. The quality of these willies is second to none – sturdy and look great in Violet. There are so many vibrant colours to choose from – including the obligatory green!
Obviously such a quality product is reflected in the price. It all depends what you want – if you want willies just to protect your feet, get yourself the bog standard green ones, but if you want style, flair, and looking great in the rain or snow – Hunter wellies are for you!

Just got the pink gloss Hunter wellies for the first time, and they are fab! Perfect fit, perfect length and so comfy to walk in. Would never buy any other welly again! Arrived just in time as snow is now up to my knees! Would highly recommend. And the colour is great, goes with anything

Sylish wedge welly
I’m a sales assistant and I’ve worn these boots all day for work in the shop and have been standing for the most part. Then, walked home in the pouring rain. Verdict is that they are fab! They look stylish enough to wear as a fashion boot, are extremely comfy and waterproof to boot. (Pathetic pun, but coudln’t resist. ) If there is a downside to them it’s that I found them a little snug around my calves meaning that I can only wear stright leg jeans or leggings inside them. A small matter but I thought it worth mentioning. The foot part is roomy enough to wear warm socks if need be. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am fully satisfied, boots arrived in perfect conditions and timing! Most women wear Hunter boots in the rain in Milan…I feel so much cooler as I’m the only one with high heel ones (they are not distributed in Italy yet). Bought these boots for my mother, and she was delighted with them. She thinks they are very stylish and comfortable. These boots are very well made and good for women who are tall and have been struggling to find a wellington boot long enough in the leg and I think they will last a long time.

Great quality wellies, lovely pattern. Seem quite rugged, as use most days for long dog walks. Quite large fitting (need to wear two pairs of thick socks, tried welly fleece, but feet moved about still)! Would recommend wellies for comfort and durability.

Fab Wellies!!
I had shopped around for a pair of wellies and after looking at the quality and comfort of some cheaper high street options I ruled them out and went for a pair of hunter wellies. Amazon were also selling these hunters at the cheapest price and I did shop around looking for the best deal.
These wellies are comfortable and stylish and I have had many positive comments on how lovely they look! I also purchased them well before the snow hit the UK this year and they have done a brilliant job of keeping my feet dry in deep snow and have also walked through some puddles in the rain. They clean up nicely with a wipe over with a damp cloth. Love these wellies and hope they last me many years.
